A forward-looking project that realizes compact living in the countryside as an attractive alternative to single-family homes. The terraced layout of the staggered buildings ensures privacy even in a larger residential complex, while each apartment has its own outdoor space.

The complex comprises a total of nine apartments with spacious terraces, four courtyard houses with private gardens, and a guesthouse with seven guest rooms and apartments. The result is a diverse, sustainable living and recreational environment that harmoniously combines community and individuality.
The planning is being carried out by a consortium of MO architektur and space–craft Architektur.
